GOALS FOR SELF & CLIENTS
To teach with a holistic approach to fitness, encompassing mind, body and spirit; to find a level of fitness and health maintenance to maintain to understand how their bodies work and how to keep them healthy; to teach positive body imaging.
STRENGTHS AS A TRAINER
Very intuitive to what a person’s body is feeling and knowing what to do to correct or enhance it. Coming form a non athletic background and eating disorders, I know and have empathy for the battle clients go through. I have a determination to see them through. I have the professional education for all levels and areas of fitness: rehabilitation challenges, eating disorders, and the elite athlete.

INTERESTS
Loves working with people and changing their perspective on health, and working with the older population. Hobbies include bodybuilding, rock climbing, and water skiing. |
