EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

Albion High School; Six years USAF – Two Tours Gulf War; ISSA,International Sports Science Association Certified Personal Trainer; Johnny G Spin Instructor, since 1995. 2003 certified in Vo2 Submax testing. He is an instructor of the EFI Sports Medicine training in The Gravity Systems.

INTERESTS

Reading, spending quality time with my wife, mountain biking, working out and working with bodybuilders in routines and choreography.
