Health Assessment

Before beginning a program at BB we have you take a health assessment, this gives you a baseline of where you are at with your:

  • body fat,
  • lean tissue (muscle),
  • hydration,
  • range of motion,
  • flexibility,
  • muscle strength and cardio vascular strength and endurance.

You will be weighed, measured, and run through a battery of small tests to calculate your baseline.

Then we discuss goals and make sure you have realistic ones that are achievable.
We will then put a program together for you, and at the end of 2-4 weeks depending on frequency and duration of sessions we will start educating  you on nutrition, we may at this time have you take a Resting Metabolic Test, RMR or an Anaerobic threshold test AT to make sure you are burning fat and getting the right amount of calories in your daily intake (see Resting Metabolic and Anaerobic testing) We have all the tools you need to be successful at developing a healthy lifestyle it is up to you to apply them, If you apply you are guaranteed.

Assessments are 50.00 and take about 45 minutes to an hour.
