3-time All American college football player. Holds powerlifting records in the state of Utah.

Fishing, football, playing racquetball, biking, reading, spending time with friends. 

Personal Goals

As a former 300+ pound collegiate offensive lineman and powerlifter, I want to continue decreasing my overall body fat percentage while building lean muscle mass. This is done through a specific combination of cardiovascular and strength training, as well as a proper diet.
