Personal Training

We at Body Basics Inc. take fitness seriously and we want each of our clients to know that when they leave Body Basics they feel stronger in their Mind, Body and Spirit. We educate each of our clients on how to feed, exercise and love their bodies.  Body Basics practices Functional training which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Functional training leads to better muscular balance and joint stability, decreasing clients’ chances of injury and increasing their performance in sports and life.  Additionally, Body Basics works to assist the clients in regaining lean tissue, balance and coordination, which returns their body to a more youthful state.

For the youth, we feel it is very important to instill the importance of caring for their body and knowing how to train it correctly. This promotes good habits for a life time of health and fitness.  We want to be part of building confidence in our youth which will help them to become leaders later in life.

We have the best job in the world; we change people’s lives for the better every hour of every day. We often hear our clients say “I love the atmosphere at Body Basic”.
