Bootcamps

TODAY IS THE DAY FOR A CHANGE!

BootcampWhether this is your first boot camp or a returning student, our goal is to emphasize correct form, function and teach you routines that you can do almost anywhere in a safe manner. True fitness is about longevity and having fun through movement. Whether you are an athlete, the average person or a person who has ever had pain in your joints, you will learn it is not about pain SITE, but pain SOURCE (most nagging aches and pains in your joints are caused by tightness and restrictions in the muscles above and below the joint), we will show you how to properly warm up and complete exercises that
will enhance range of motion and flexibility. If you are a beginner you will start with modified exercises ,rather than the experienced person next to you and yet work just as intensely.  We want to start you at your level of conditioning and gradually take you to the next.


And for those of you who have been active in the boot camps and cross training in the valley, you will see a much different workout, one that I promise will challenge your fitness level and leave you in a pool of sweat with endorphins to keep you going long after you leave. Safety is first, intensity second, motivation always and last but not least a dedication to you, results guaranteed.

Classes are capped off at 12, this is so you get the proper attention and we keep you in good form and function.  You are always welcome to bring a friend who can try the class out at no charge. Bring a towel and water bottle. Must have proper athletic attire.
