MYTH: A WOMAN CAN SIMPLY LOSE WEIGHT BY REGULAR USE OF CARDIO EXERCISWE: FALSE!!

Let’s assume an overweight woman with poor overall shape decides to lose weight with a diet and treadmill combo. Yes the weight will come off but that same woman will merely be a smaller version of her previous poor shape. It is weight training that actually gives the body shape and sparkle. Weights build your shoulders and provide a nice V-shape in your body add an outer sweep to your quads and build abs that help to show a nice diamond shape. But this is a small part of what weight training can do for you, it also helps strengthen your bones, balance hormones and build your immune system.
